Rehabilitation Building Flood Repairs

Remediate the first floor of the Rehabilitation Building. The building was flood damaged due to a failed under slab ABS sanitary sewer pipe. The root cause problem was un-tempered steam condensate and building footing movement that split the ABS Sewer pipe throughout the building.

The work consisted of remediating damaged drywall, cove base and flooring materials, replacing the under-slab ABS sanitary sewer pipe with cast iron to support higher heat requirements, backfilling and repairing the concrete slab, installing new countertops & casework, sinks and new finishes.
