Mark Rogelstad
Chief Executive Officer
Mark and Chief Operating Officer Joe Romeo founded the company in 2013 and established it as a Disabled Veterans Small Business Enterprise with an emphasis on federal and commercial sector projects. As Chief Executive Officer and owner, he is committed to successfully grow the company for its vested partners and employees.
Joe Romeo
Chief Operations Officer
Joe has over 20 years of direct experience operating heavy earth moving construction equipment. Joe co-founded the company in 2013 with Mark Rogelstad, a Disabled Veteran, with an emphasis on civil and underground utility construction and infrastructure projects.
Bryan Lee
President
Bryan has over 25 years of experience managing the safe and efficient delivery of Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CMAR and IDIQ Contracts for the federal market sector with an aggregate value of over $225MM. Bryan has worked extensively with GroundLevel Construction, Inc. in various capacities since 2015, and recently joined the Team on a full-time basis as President.
Ben Rogelstad
Vice President, GM
Ben has over 25 years of experience in general contracting and construction management. His experience encompasses a complete range of construction services from preconstruction to bid buy-out to hands on management of complex technical projects within critical infrastructure in Healthcare and Commercial Sectors, as well as public jobs.
David Campos-Allen
PE Director of Design
Build & Project Management
David has nearly two decades professional experience in federal sector commercial and industrial projects.
He has extensive experience with the replacement of Boiler and Chiller systems included the planning and coordination of outages and temporary heating during the replacement efforts.
Kenneth L. Chin, PE
Director, Mechanical Division
Ken has diverse technical experience in mechanical systems from over three decades in petroleum refining engineering, management, and analytical roles.
His expertise includes piping, pumping, petroleum storage and process safety related systems, program/project management, and operations and planning for complex industrial systems.
Anthony Pacheco
Superintendent, Mechanical Division
Anthony Pacheco has Over 25 years of Union- Local 104 Sheet Metal experience in the commercial construction industries including: pharmaceutical companies, data centers, educational facilities, hospitals, museums, hotels, fire stations, and office buildings.
As a Project Management he was responsible for multi-million-dollar budget estimates.
Fabricio Bertin
Project Engineer
Fabricio has 3 years assisting in the delivery of commercial and industrial projects in the federal Sector. He is experienced at processing and producing project technical documentation for federal clients.
Fabricio has extensive experience coordinating and delivering technically challenging project information, drafting RFPs and Technical Memorandums.
Nick Gerhardt
Project Engineer
Nick has five years of experience in construction administration and project support. He is responsible for maintaining project compliance including union reporting, account auditing, general accounting for the multiple federal and state agencies projects on under contract with GroundLevel.
His expertise lies in his meticulous attention to detail.
Julie Accettola
Office Manager
Julie has nearly 20 years of administrative experience managing a wide range of commercial and public works projects in the federal, state, local and educational sectors.
She joined GroundLevel Construction, Inc. in 2019 and oversees our back-office operations, managing the accounting and human resources departments as well as supporting projects in the field.
