Replace the rooftop pergola structure and balcony guardrails on Buildings 50A and 50B.

The work consisted of both technical management and construction for removing two deteriorated concrete roof top pergolas and  balcony guard rails These items were replaced with HSS supported overhead steel shade decks and glass fiber reinforced concrete removable rails. These structural items were on Buildings 50A and 50B, both 6 story office buildings, situated on a hillside lot posing unique crane and rigging challenges.
