Erect a new 45’ x 110’ prefabricated, clear-span tensile warehouse structure with forklift accessible low storage racks.
The work consisted of ground-up construction including new sitework, tensile structure erection, electrical service, split system HVAC units with DDC, lighting controls, security and data, and design build fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
